Perry's professional journey has been anything but conventional. As a former IT Specialist at Roberts Automotive, he modernized regional infrastructure and developed deep expertise in web management and cybersecurity. But Perry quickly realized that his ambitions extended beyond supporting existing systems, he wanted to build new ones that truly served people.
Today, as a certified AI systems developer, Perry operates at the intersection of technology, faith, and service. As the founder of Luzran, he builds custom AI infrastructure that helps owner-operated businesses scale beyond the founder's capacity. As an author, he guides neurodivergent men toward purpose-driven lives. As a speaker and consultant, he shares practical, principled guidance on AI and cybersecurity.
Pioneer of the AI Infrastructure Agency Model
Perry is the pioneer of the AI infrastructure agency model, a new category that sits between the software vendor and the traditional consultancy. Software vendors rent businesses generic tools they never control; consultancies hand over strategy decks and roadmaps for someone else to execute. Perry built Luzran to do neither: an AI infrastructure agency designs, builds, and installs the operational systems a business runs on, then transfers full ownership of those systems and their data to the client.
He codified the model in the Infrastructure Doctrine, a four-pillar framework that governs every Luzran engagement: the AI Manager Philosophy, drawn from his book The AI Manager, in which human expertise directs AI agents that handle execution; the Cognitive Capital Framework, which identifies and reclaims an owner's wasted decision-making capacity; the Operational Bleed Assessment, which quantifies in dollars where a business loses time and revenue; and the Stitch Methodology, a four-phase Diagnose, Design, Build, Transfer process that turns fragmented tools into one owned operating layer.
