VISIONARY BUILDER AT THE INTERSECTION OF AI, FAITH & LEADERSHIP

Perry Luzier biography

Perry Luzier, a name increasingly associated with the practical, human-centered adoption of artificial intelligence, has built a life around a single conviction: that technology should serve people, not replace them. Born and raised in Suwanee, Georgia, in a family grounded in Christian faith, Perry's journey has been driven by relentless curiosity, disciplined ambition, and a determination to build things that outlast their founder.

From an early age, Perry showed an exceptional drive to lead and to create. Whether earning every youth award in Scouting, commanding a JROTC battalion, or founding a collegiate athletic program from nothing, a consistent pattern emerged — he did not simply join what already existed; he built what did not. That instinct would eventually lead him to found an AI company, publish two books, and step onto stages as a voice for the responsible adoption of technology.

Perry Luzier, Founder and CEO of Luzran

Founder & CEO of Luzran

Perry is the Founder and CEO of Luzran, an Atlanta-based AI infrastructure agency. Luzran isn't a software vendor or a consultancy that stops at a strategy deck, it designs, builds, and installs the operational systems a business runs on, then transfers full ownership to the client. The premise is direct: most owner-operated businesses can't grow because the owner is the bottleneck, and Luzran's work is to remove that ceiling.

Every engagement runs on Luzran's Infrastructure Doctrine, diagnosing where a business is losing time and revenue, then designing and building the automation that closes those gaps across intake, scheduling, CRM, and follow-up. Where most AI tools are subscriptions a business rents and never controls, Luzran builds infrastructure the client keeps, so the systems and the data belong to them, not to a platform.

Perry's background in cybersecurity ensures security is engineered into every deployment from the ground up, to enterprise-grade standards that let even regulated businesses adopt AI without surrendering control of their data. Luzran is still in its early chapters, and Perry sees the most important work as still ahead: a future where every owner-operated business runs on infrastructure it owns.

Published author

Perry writes at the intersection of technology, leadership, and faith. His debut book, Faith & Focus: A Guide to Success for Neurodivergent Godly Men (2025), draws on his own lived experience as an autistic man to offer a practical, faith-grounded roadmap for neurodivergent men navigating careers, relationships, and personal growth — a calling that began when he served as President of his high school's Exceptional Student Society.

His second book, The AI Manager: How to Succeed in an AI-Driven Marketplace (2026), confronts the workforce shift head-on: what employers will look for, which skills matter, and how professionals at every level can stay relevant as AI reshapes entire industries. It is informed directly by his hands-on work building Luzran's products and consulting with organizations across sectors.

Speaker & consultant

Perry's professional engagements span AI consulting, keynote speaking, podcast appearances, and entrepreneurship judging panels. As a speaker, he combines technical expertise with personal narrative — covering everything from AI adoption strategies for small businesses to the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship to navigating professional life as a neurodivergent leader.

His consulting work focuses on demystifying artificial intelligence for organizations ready to adopt it. Drawing on his experience building Luzran's products, Perry helps businesses understand what AI can realistically do for them, develop implementation strategies, and avoid the pitfalls that derail AI initiatives. His approach is refreshingly honest: not every business needs AI, and not every AI solution is worth the investment.

Unlimited potential

Perry Luzier's character is often described as disciplined, principled, and relentlessly forward-looking. His ability to see where technology is heading — and to insist that it be built around people — has positioned him as a distinct voice in an industry racing ahead without always asking who it serves.

As Perry continues to grow Luzran, publish, and speak, the throughline of his life remains unchanged: build things that matter, serve the people others overlook, and never stop learning. His story is still being written — and the most ambitious chapters lie ahead.
